HPTec GmbH is an internationally operating, medium-sized company based in Ravensburg, Germany. We develop, manufacture, and market high-quality solid carbide micro-drilling and micro-milling tools for customers around the world.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated and reliable CNC Machine Operator & Setter (m/f/d) to join us in Ravensburg.

 

Your Responsibilities:

• Independently set up, prepare, and program CNC-controlled machines
• Manufacture precision tools according to technical drawings, dimensional specifications, and production orders while meeting deadlines
• Accurately inspect manufactured workpieces using measuring microscopes, measuring systems, mechanical measuring instruments, and laser measuring devices
• Monitor and control production processes and machine operations
• Make necessary adjustments to machine settings in accordance with specifications
• Continuously ensure the quality of manufactured tools

 

Your Profile:

• Completed vocational training in a metalworking profession, such as CNC Machinist or Toolmaker (m/f/d)
• Several years of professional experience operating and programming CNC machines
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings accurately
• Willingness to work in a three-shift system
• Good computer skills
• Independent, precise, and reliable approach to work
• Team spirit, flexibility, resilience, and willingness to learn
