About HPTec

HPTec GmbH is an internationally operating, medium-sized company based in Ravensburg, Germany. We develop, manufacture, and market high-quality solid carbide micro-drilling and micro-milling tools for customers around the world.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated Order Processing & Customer Service Specialist (m/f/d) on a part-time basis (50%–70%) as a parental leave replacement.

 

Your Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries in a professional and service-oriented manner
• Prepare and follow up on customer quotations
• Process, coordinate, and manage customer orders
• Create and maintain order confirmations
• Monitor delivery schedules and ensure adherence to agreed deadlines
• Handle customer complaints professionally and proactively
• Manage general written and telephone correspondence
• Prepare general and technical translations
• Maintain and monitor consignment stock inventories and initiate inventory optimization measures when required
• Maintain master data and support inventory counts
• Work closely with Key Account Managers
• Support trade fair activities and seasonal campaigns

 

Your Profile

• Completed commercial or business-related vocational training
• Previous experience in order processing and customer service is an advantage
• Good written and spoken English skills
• French language skills are a plus
• Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP
• Strong customer orientation and communication skills
• Independent, reliable, and structured way of working
• Team player with flexibility and resilience
